Orders Placed before 2pm Monday To Friday are despatched the sameday. Orders placed at weekends or Bank Holidays are despatch on the next working day.

Your parcel will arrive within 6 working days (excluding weekends) after you place your order. If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. It maybe be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order.

With this service, you will be sent an email once your parcel has been despatched containing the tracking number to monitor the location of your order. Use this number to track your parcel from around 8pm on the day of despatch via Royal Mail Track & Trace. A signature may be required so please make sure you have this parcel delivered to an address that you are most like to be present.

Get your order even faster with our Premium Delivery Service. For the majority of UK address this service will be Next Working Day subject to stock availability. If you live in remote locations the service will take slightly longer.

* If you live in remote parts of the UK and require a next-day delivery service, where possible we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives on time. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

Most international orders will require a signature as proof of delivery. So when you enter your delivery address please ensure a signature can be obtained. We will be happy to send your goods to your employment address.

Orders placed for delivery to countries not listed will be cancelled and payment refunded. There are also selected brands that may not be available outside of the United Kingdom.

If you select items such as Aerosols, pressurised containers and nail varnish we can only send these to countries within the European Union and only via another Courier service
